Their Challenge

As ESG regulations tightened and demand for compliance tools grew, Mitigate faced a challenge of standing out in a crowded European market with lots of competitors and other solutions.

While the platform offered a strong value proposition, reaching sustainability officers, compliance leaders & other executives in the EU was difficult. Growth wasn’t predictable or scalable.

Our Approach

To cut through all the noise in the ESG space, we designed a dual approach focused on direct lead generation & strengthening the Mitigate ESG brand by using LinkedIn as a multi-channel platform.

By combining LinkedIn posting & outreach, our team executed targeted LinkedIn outbound campaigns, connecting with ESG executives & compliance leaders across the Baltics and the EU.

Our Strategy

To enable Mitigate’s growth, we engineered a scalable LinkedIn first strategy by combining direct outbound with tailored posts & content to generate additional inbound leads and build trust.

Six LinkedIn accounts were used for the project. Each account was set to target one geographical region in the EU in order to develop a strong local network to boost branding, and results.

Project Timeline

Onboarding, Workshops & Strategy Engineering

We ran onboarding workshops, aligned on Mitigate’s ESG goals, and mapped out ICPs across the Baltics and EU. Set a plan & KPIs for lead gen, visibility, and brand positioning.

Project Setup & Launch

Six LinkedIn accounts were deployed, one per region. We integrated Sales Navigator, data enrichment tools & publishing workflows. First outbound & posting campaigns went live.

A/B Testing & Continuous Optimization

We tested outreach angles (sustainability, compliance, risk management, cost reduction) and optimized LinkedIn posting cadence. Data-driven refinements improved reply rates.

Data-Driven Selection Of Top Performing Strategy

Performance data identified the most responsive regions and company types. We doubled down on high-yield accounts while phasing out low-value segments to boost results.

Strategic Scaling To Maximize Growth

Posting strategy emphasized thought leadership, ESG trends & case studies. Volume remained the same but previous adjustments supported by content maximized results.

Consolidation & Plateau

By this stage we achieved a consistent flow of meetings and demos booked which gave predictable monthly results. Campaign were systematized, providing Mitigate scalability.

Sustained Growth

We expanded across additional EU regions. Posting engine matured into a brand authority channel, and outbound continued to deliver many qualified leads for the ESG platform.
