Cyber64 is a Croatian digital agency helping brands create powerful digital experiences, that accelerate marketing and sales. Cyber64 is one of the leading European AEM agencies.

Operating in a highly competitive enterprise services market, Cyber64 faced the challenge of standing out among larger, well-established, and well recognized global AEM providers.

Despite their strong technical expertise, Cyber64 was lacking a lead generation framework that would enable them to generate visibility & demand with enterprises across the EU and the U.S.

Our Approach

To speed up lead generation and enable Cyber64 to meet more high-level decision makers, we worked to reposition them as an end-to-end digital agency, helping companies speed up sales.

Opening up discussions by pitching changing to a different CMS system or taking over development or maintenance is difficult. However, end-value is accelerating sales or increasing revenue.

This allowed Cyber64 to not only start discussions and engage with decision makers more easily but also to set up completely new service offerings that will over time bring in extra revenue.

This made a lot of sense, especially since CMS is just one of the gears turning within a company’s structure that enables & fuels both lead generation, marketing, and sales to speed up growth.

Project Timeline

Onboarding, Workshops & Strategy Engineering

After multiple workshops, with the Cyber64’s leadership, on growth challenges, our teams agreed to adjust the positioning from a specialized AEM agency into an end-to-end digital agency. The new positioning shifted focus from technical services to business outcomes.

Market Repositioning

Sections of the website, and materials, were adjusted. Campaign messaging was built to highlight how Cyber64 enables faster sales cycles and revenue growth. Instead of pushing CMS services alone, the approach pivoted to resolving higher value business problems.

Project Setup & Launch

Outbound frameworks were engineered from scratch, and omni-channel campaigns were deployed across the EU and US. Three tailored campaigns were launched, one focusing on partners, one on digital agency services, while one focused on securing enterprise clients.

Testing Messaging & Early Wins

Messaging was tested and refined, while initial outreach generated meaningful meetings with high-level decision makers in large, and enterprise level companies. Within the first three months of the outbound being launched, the first partner client had been signed.

Nurturing & Multi-Channel Expansion

Follow-up frameworks, email sequences, and nurturing playbooks were further developed and adjusted to sustain conversations with enterprise prospects. Cyber64 had its reach & thought leadership significantly boosted through LinkedIn and website content creation.

Consolidation & Pipeline Growth

With a working lead generation system in place, Cyber64 gained consistent visibility and predictable revenue growth. Campaigns were optimized for both partner opportunities and end-clients, providing a scalable foundation for long-term growth and development.

Ongoing Expansion & Systematization

Campaigns matured into a fully predictable outbound engine. Over time Cyber64 merged outbound with inbound content strategies to strengthen brand visibility across the EU and the US. The system consistently delivers qualified opportunities and clients to this day.
