In the first few years, uSoftware experienced rapid growth but, without an outbound strategy, were struggling to gain predictability and take complete control over their growth.
Most of uSoftware’s new leads and deals were coming from referrals or from their leadership’s network. They required an efficient and scalable framework to achieve true scalability.
