About Wienerberger

Wienerberger is Europe’s leading manufacturer of roof tiles and the world’s largest producer of bricks. Apart from clay products, Wienerberger is a leading plastic pipes supplier.

Their Challenge

Wienerberger had been preparing to launch two completely new products globally, Porotherm IZO & Porotherm IZO Profi bricks. Their team had one month to roll-out with marketing.

Within the one month deadline, they required a complete offline & online strategy along with creative support that would enable them to launch the campaigns in time & to achieve sales quotas.

Considering the short deadline, most marketing agencies did not want to engage in the project, whereas the internal team required support across virtually all online and offline efforts.

Importance of the project was even greater for the Winerberger team since the previous marketing campaigns didn’t deliver the desired results, and their sales targets were not being reached.

At the start of the project, we immediately decided to agree on which processes we had complete accountability & freedom to act on, and which required double checking with Wienerberger.

Since each creative piece & digital asset had to be checked with Wienerberger for approval, we created a complete list of assets needed to successfully deploy all the offline & online campaigns.

While the creative teams were engaging in sprints to complete the creative work, digital assets and assets for offline ads, the marketing team set up preparations for offline & online rollout.

Strategic project management and smart workflow delegation is what enabled us to move in sprints, be agile, and to successfully complete all of the assigned tasks days before project deadline.
